For each secured business opportunity, our Project Management Services will complete the contractual deliveries which include Project Schedule Management, Document Control, Procurement and Expediting activities of direct and indirect Materials, Fabrication and Site Construction Management focusing on Quality Control, Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects, Factory and Site Acceptance Testing & Commissioning of each delivered solution. To satisfy the asset owner requirement, we complete our total solution in our area of expertise by offering asset management maintenance program.
